Ingredients
300g vanilla wine biscuits (or Leda Gluten free Arrowroot)
180g Butter (we use alternative @vutter)
150g chocolate 75% (use Bennetto- it’s the best)
3 tbsp drinking chocolate powder or cacao (use Bennetto)
3 tbsp condensed milk (we used condensed coconut milk)
50g chopped Brazil nuts or peanuts
50g pistachios
Method:
- Break the biscuits into small pieces
- Add nuts
- Melt butter, chocolate, cocoa and condensed milk in a saucepan until smooth
- Cool mixture down so it’s no longer hot, then pour over broken biscuits & nuts. Mix well
- Wrap in cling film in the shape of a log. Put in fridge overnight
- Slice and enjoy in moderation- if at all possible
