Ingredients
3/4 cup tahini or nut butter
1/3 cup rice malt syrup
3 tbs coconut oil
2 1/2 cups puffed rice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 block of Bennetto Toasted Hazelnut chocolate (or 2 if you prefer a thicker choc topping!)
Handful of chopped hazelnuts
Method
- Melt and mix together tahini/nut butter, rice malt syrup and coconut oil
- In a separate bowl, combine puffed rice, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Combine mixtures well and press into a lined slice tray. Place into the fridge to set
- Melt chocolate over double boiler
- Allow to cool to room temperature and spread evenly over the rice bubble slice
- Top with chopped hazelnuts and back in the fridge to set
- When you’re ready, slice into your chosen sizes and keep in the fridge or freezer for a sweet treat
